Guarana Extract:

Guarana is well known for its powerful effect of increased  vigilance and reduced fatigue. It contains 4-5 times more caffeine (called guaranine) than coffee. Furthermore, it improves intellectual performance and facilitates learning and concentration.

Theobromine:

Theobromine is a vasoconstrictor, which helps take away the jitters that are associated with caffeine. Theobromine is also a raw material for a  compound called anandamide, which is a major chemical associated with lateral thinking and creativity.

L-Tyrosine:

L-Tyrosine supports energy and motivation, promotes focus and  mental clarity, and improves mood & stress response. It is a building block for several important brain chemicals known as neurotransmitters. The most important  of these include Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, and Dopamine. These chemicals help  nerve cells to communicate, transmit signals, and influence mood. In particular, they  are also catecholamine hormones (sometimes called monoamines) that are part of  the fight-or-flight reflex of the body.

Increasing catecholamine levels can lead to enhanced physical and mental energy,  boost alertness and attentiveness, while also increasing drive and ambition.

L-Theanine:

L-Theanine negates the side effects of caffeine from Guarana, while also at the same time greatly enhancing its focus and concentration aspects.

Vitamin B-12:

n   Vitamin B-12 is one of the most important vitamins for  concentration and memory. When you lack sufficient vitamin B-12, the nerves' myelin sheath, which is like the coating around an electrical wire, is disturbed, resulting in problems with concentration, memory loss, disorientation, and dementia.

Sufficient quantity of vitamin B-12 regulates the production of S adenosylmethionine (an amino acid), which promotes concentration, a feeling of  well-being and mental alertness. Clinical studies have also shown that a proper  intake of vitamin B-12 is required to manage attention-deficit/hyperactivity  disorder (ADHD) symptoms such as memory loss, depression, delusions, and  difficulty in thinking.
